Roblox launched The Kitchen to centralize executional creative work previously spread across multiple external agencies — and to raise the bar for quality and consistency along the way. The Kitchen brings brand designers, copywriters, motion designers, video editors, and producers together to support key initiatives across growth marketing, brand partnerships, product launches, and design systems. I lead the vision, creative standards, and team operations, building the foundation for a studio that’s fast, collaborative, and uncompromising in its craft.
